Tight Points Race As Sprints Ready For Charlotte County
|
The Checkered Flag Sprint Series 2008 Championship race is far from over with three races left on the schedule. David Slawiak is leading with a mere eleven points over 2nd place Keith Butler.
In 3rd place is Gary Gimmler sitting five points behind Butler and only sixteen points behind Slawiak. In 4th place, fifteen points behind Gimmler is Scott Adema. Mark Gimmler is in 5th place and he only need eighteen points to catch Adema.
With a maximum of fifty-five points possible at each of the last three races the Point Championship is far from being over.
The next CFSS race will be held at Charlotte County Motorsports Park on October 11th.
